Our Brews

Derealization pale Ale

Hoppy and hazy pale ale.  Brewed with massive amounts of flaked grains for a smooth mouthfeel and exotic hops.  Galaxy hops from Australia bring flavors of passionfruit, orange, and pineapple along with other tropical fruit from two other hop varieties.

Invisible Peak Imperial IPA

Bold and delicious.  Massive amounts of Citra hops contribute flavors of overripe mangos, papaya, lychee, and citrus.  Named after the invisible peak on Mt. Tamalpais

Riley IPA

West coast style IPA.  Light malt backbone, smooth bitterness, and hops delivering notes of pine, grapefruit pith, citrus, and pineapple.

Collars & Cuffs Blonde Ale

"Well providing the collars and cuffs match." -James Bond

A beer you can drink while taking a shower, mowing the lawn, or sitting out in the sun.  Low hop bitterness, smooth, and refreshing. 

Tamalpais lager

Pre-prohibition Mexican style lager.  Light and crisp lager brewed with non-gmo malted maize.  The malted maize gives this beer a creamy taste and mouthfeel.  Low-medium hop bitterness. First place recipe in the California State Homebrew Competition.

Mex-Vienna lager

The chestnut colored version of a Mexican lager brewed with non-gmo malted maize.  Smooth, caramel, and toasty malt flavor and aroma with low-medium hop bitterness.
